Your gym was closed last night for Memorial Day. Saturday was your day off and You missed Sunday, so you would have felt like shit if you would have missed Monday too. You don't have any weights at your house,so what do you do. I'll tell you what I did. It was delts and traps day. I grabbed my 500 chip poker case(approx35-40lbs) and did front and side laterals, and also one arm over head presses. I then went to the garage and grabbed a rake and put two 17in wheels and tires on each end and did shoulder shrugs. My fiancee now officially thinks I'm a loser. I don't care though my shoulders feel great(hurt like hell). Desperate times call for desperate measures!!!
