i was gunna do that one in august but i'm going away in july. no way i'll be lifting while in portugal, or not at the level necessary to compete. plus my quads need some work

well,you will be having a great time in Portugal..a friend of mine went there and said the girls were absolutely beautiful plus in July there a lot of single gilrs on vacation from Sweden ...lol..you will have a great time..pushups are great exercises..
