My left pec is smaller than the right. I moastly notice it at the upper inside. I was thinking that more dumbell work would help. I am right handed and pretty right side dominant. I have moastly used the bar in the past. I am trying to change from power lifting to more of a bodybuilding style workout. Thanks for any advice.
You might of had a slight tear in the pec I've torn both biceps partially and didnt need surgery but if its a partial tear they always be unequal in size nothing you can really do about that. Take a pic if you can.
