Jay won this year for sure. One thing however Jay abs need to be more cut and diced they look weird to me.

Sorry dude but after further reveiw of the Mr. O. Ronnie was robbed. There is no way Jay should have won that tittle. The guy is a paper champ. He bitched and moaned about not receiving recognition and had some of his buddies do the same and that is how he ended up with the tittle.

We'll see next year, but I think Ronnie's reign is over. Jay reminds me of The Undertaker. They just give it to him until they can find someone else to give it to. Jay just doesn't do it for me. There were a few that really beat Jay out but when you scream rape; someone will listen.

Although I agree that Jay's crown in up for grabs I strongly disagree that Ron should have won last year. His conditioning wasn't up to par and all in all he just looked like ****, dont make me start targeting his Gunt now.

IMO, Ronnie's too big and should work on proportion and maybe shrink his chest and thighs a little and drink a little less water before the competition.
Jay Cutler needs to improve on his chest and lower it down some. His back is perfect.
