I have trouble feeling my workout in my chest. I must be stimulating it because it is growing, 1 1/2in in three months. I just want to know what exercises you guys consider great for building quility thickness other than the obvious father of all chest exercises(the bench).

flies, incline bench press, pushups (as cooldown / warm up), and believe it or not... SQUATS!.... it increases growth hormone and will make the whole body bigger...

i always feel it in my outer chest when i do bench. I want to feel it in the center and mostly up top. I want to have a well rounded chest. Mountains man not hills.

Feeling it in the outer chest is good, but it makes me wonder if you're feeling it in the shoulders and triceps as well. Your form has to be on point, and your concentration on the pecs for the most effective work in that area. Also, try change your hand position to a narrower grip than you are using, and at the top of the movement - SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZE those bad boys together. Picture the meat on them touching each other in the middle while you do it.

LBJ, I think he was speaking motivationally for him, not disrespectfully for you. If not, I'll let him know that your chest is so huge that I crawl between your pecs to hide when I'm scared. Like during a thunderstorm.

yeah No disrespect at all here. I have trouble adding mass to my upper chest is all. I think you may be right about poor form in my case though. I really feel it in my tris and my front delts. I try to keep my elbows angled correctly but it feels unnatural to me and i always fall back into bad form during my work. I really feel it in my chest on the pec deck though, but is that machine gonna be good to build mass with?

That's another thing. Eat. everybody says eat eat eat. I eat six meals aday. I watch my protein intake and my carbs but i really don't pay much mind to my calories(they are probably pretty low). My weight is increasing and bodyfat levels are dropping slowly. So am I on the right track in terms of calories. I do 2 low carb days every two weeks as well.

If you want to try to hit the inner part of your chest what seems to work for me is to narrow the grip i use on the bar when benching... Also If you do dumbbell flies when you bring the dumbbells together turn your wrists toward your face so that the bottom part of the dumbbells (the part that is closest to your feet) touch, this works inner chest aswell.
