If You want my honest advice....if i were you i wouldn't waste my time reading that article. You sure can gain 10lbs in a month buy they won’t all be muscle! Mostly fat and water weight. (I think is not worth to gain all that fat in a month also I think that you are trying to look muscular and not soft Right!! ) Well let me explain….Our bodies have a limited capacity to build muscle tissue (for the natural athlete). The amount of muscle you can build is dependent on the body’s capacity to
synthesize muscle from your protein consumption and your body’s protein synthesis is in dependence of your Test levels, insulin sensitivity etc. So realistically speaking you can just put between 1.5 and 2 lbs of muscle per month + a few pounds of fat and water!
The key here is to be consistent….you can gain 10lbs of muscle per year….and in a couple of years you will be a huge monster!!! It just takes time!!!
On the other hand if you are planning to use juice!! That’s a whole different story
