If You want my honest advice....if i were you i wouldn't waste my time reading that article. You sure can gain 10lbs in a month buy they won’t all be muscle! Mostly fat and water weight. (I think is not worth to gain all that fat in a month also I think that you are trying to look muscular and not soft Right!! ) Well let me explain….Our bodies have a limited capacity to build muscle tissue (for the natural athlete). The amount of muscle you can build is dependent on the body’s capacity to synthesize muscle from your protein consumption and your body’s protein synthesis is in dependence of your Test levels, insulin sensitivity etc. So realistically speaking you can just put between 1.5 and 2 lbs of muscle per month + a few pounds of fat and water!

The key here is to be consistent….you can gain 10lbs of muscle per year….and in a couple of years you will be a huge monster!!! It just takes time!!!

On the other hand if you are planning to use juice!! That’s a whole different story

I hope this helps

Take care

Francisco

gaining 10 pounds in a month is farily easy and doable. last year i gained almost 50 in four months while taking cytogainer eating a lot and lifting hard and i still kept at below 12% bf. now i just started bulking again this week and i already gained 2.5 pounds but this time im doing it without a weightgainer just eating right and of good stuff. the trick is to take casein protein before you go to bed and just make sure you eat a pound over the day before when u go to bed. i weigh myself constantly to see if i need to eat more or not. if you are lifting good and do this right u should not gain any fat because your muscles will be taking in all the food that u ate for energy. all in all if u do this right u should gain around .5 lbs-1 lbs each day.

dont believe all the shit u read in mags...

like francisco said u can gain 10lbs in one month & its fairly easy...but it's not all quality gains...
a pro can add 10lbs in less than a week, but that obviously isn't muscle gains

before i started my bulk i was 252. that was at the end of march, now im currently at a steady 269
so far i gained 17lbs on my current bulk. i went from 6.9% bf to a high 17%...i gained just over 10lbs of bf & 7lbs muscle...

In my first month back in the gym i went from 185lbs to 196lbs with no change in bodyfat %. I had some help from a few Muscletech supplements. Luekic, NaNoX9, Creakic, Nitro-Tech and also Animal pac multi-vitamins. I had to eat like 34 pills aday. God I hope I didn't molest my liver. It did work though.
