I just got invited to do a bench press competition tomorrow, but on very short notice. I'm gunna be giving up about 7 pounds for my weight class, and on top of that my chest is still a bit tender from my workout.....and i have a slight strain.
anyways, i got a lot of crap going against me, but i need some advice.
first off, any way to make myself more ready over night? -funny questino, i know.
and second off, i dont know what to ask for on my attempt. i haven't maxed for about 18 months, and i dont knw what to start at. during my workout, i can do
180,185,190,195 all for 10 reps on flat bench
think you could gauge where i ougghta be
