I just left Metroflex in Arlington! (Ronnie Coleman)

Metroflex Gym in Arlington, TX is the ultimate dungeon for the true hardcore bodybuilder. When you walk in the door you know that there is an electric shock going through your veins. You don't know if you are going to see Ronnie, Branch Warren or some old grandpa trying his damnest to curl 50lbs in the mirror. Anyways I drove from Frisco to Arlington because of curiousity of where Mr. O got his swole on and after seeing the place I truly understand my love for the iron and the feeling you get when surrounded by tons of (light weight baby!).

All I can say is that I'm definitely going back but when I do I will be ready for a damn good workout. They have all the machines you need, and besides; I broke my lat machine by putting too much weight on it. Lol

I didn't see Ronnie or Branch but I met some true ironheads just like me and thats all I needed to take it to the next level. Hey the guys at metroflex mean business and thats me 100%! The video clips of Ronnie Coleman working out at Metroflex does not give the gym the dungeon appearance like actually being there.

Next week I will be doing my back workout with my fellow brothers of metroflex. Stack'em til the bar bends bros!

oh hell no. not yet man. i just can't seem to get away from here with school and work. lol. but when i do get married, y'all can come. we'll have the only bachelor party with water and whey instead of champage and cigars.
