Every so often I will get this weird thing in my muscle and randomly starts to twitch. The twitching is pretty serious too, like i can watch the muscle moving underneath my skin and it usually goes on and off throughout the whole day. Luckily it isnt painful so it dont really mind it but it is kind of annoying.

I was just wondering if anybody knows what the casue of this is and if anybody else has the same thing happen to them??

that happens me from time to time in my legs and sometimes shoulder. when your sitting down or relaxing it usually happens, it seems to go away when you stretch out the muscle and exercise the muscle,, go for a run/ lift weights, a minute of each usually does it for me or maybe

Thanks for the suggestion LBJ, i never knew that it was because of low pottasium. Only problem is I hate bananas. I guess gatorade would also work.
