All personal infomation would also be helpy | There isn't really a general rule to the exact amount of water to take in a day, though if your really looking for a figure around 3 litres should be enough, as long as your piss is clear you'll be grand. When drinking water as well its best to sip it regularly rather than gulp down a load only every now & then.
