hey guys
i have a question
i am 15 years old, been going to the gym for about 7 months now, have for about 4 of those months, i have been taking protien and i am about to run out. i am not sure weather to get creatine or protien? i have been looking into "horleys ripped factors" as it seems to have everything i want, as i am trying to lose body fat ( it is a very low fat protien that also has low fat burners in it). i am not sure if i should get this, or if creatine would be better? or would it hurt to be on both?
i am not trying to "bulk up" just get lean defineded muscles. so i bascialy want muscle gains, but want a very low fat product.
thx for the help guys

Imo go with the Protein, Try to get Clean Protein with out any other things like fatburner, Kreatin, Cabs mixed op for a Special produkt, in most cases They are very expensiv and atleast as good as a normal good Protein whey

Kreatin or Protein ?
Protein the more protein u get the better u grow, with out it you cant really get along way at the road.. Imo Kreatin is used as a second suppl, WG and PP are the first ones to choose

btw, i just orderd 6kg WG and 500g Kreatin

What do you guys think

In my opinion go for Optimum Nitrition's(ON) 100% Whey Gold Standard. If you can afford it get a big 10lbs bag, there's ~ 155 servings in it. So if you take one serving on a your training days its gonna last you a long long time.

Btw i have some questions my self to ask,

As you guys can see i just orderd some Bodylab Kreatin 500, Ive never been to sure about the dosage of Kreatin and wich way is the best for Musclemass gain,
Doing a Loading period or just keeping it straight in 2-3month ?

How high the dosage gams ?
and how much water to drink?
When to take the kreatin?
How many times a day?

There isn't really a general rule to the exact amount of water to take in a day, though if your really looking for a figure around 3 litres should be enough, as long as your piss is clear you'll be grand. When drinking water as well its best to sip it regularly rather than gulp down a load only every now & then.
