So I know that creatine isn't an anabolic steroid I know BCAA and Whey aren’t either. I was however wondering would you guys consider me natural, and if not what is natural to you?

You know what I say to people who claim 1+1 doesn't equal 2, but 1.9987? I tell them that it is not too many decades ago when people argued that the earth is flat, and they didn't believe in million years that the earth is round.
But then they found out that the earth is round, but not only that, they found out that the earth can't be nothing but round.

But, any substance that can literally increase your growth hormone production and testosterone production to the point that you will have an extra 25lbs-45lbs on your 10 rep sets in small amount of time, I consider that "not natural". You can't achieve that in few months time, no matter how productively you train.

Right now I can bench 90lbs dumbels for over 10 reps with a good pump, but to bench 130lbs dumbels in couple a weeks, forget about it, that's the difference of taking government defined "drugs" and training hard and eating good and not taking those drugs but training and eating equally good.

However there's another point to that. Some sport managers are telling people that it's cheating if you go train for skeeing competition in the mountains because you will produce **** load of red souls and have better oxygen take if you go train there, it's unfair to those who won't/can't train in the mountains.
I say that's bull****.

Also, if you can get the benefits of steroids from some rare plants in some jungle, no I don't consider that cheating or unnatural. Since the muscle wouldn't go away since it's taken from chimically enhanced free plants, you know what I mean.

Besides drugs, or whatever the government say are drugs, are not bad in my oppinion. Killing and murdering and all that stuff is bad, but drugs? Everyone has their lifestyle and it doesn't make drug users any more bad or good than I am.

anyway why all the formalities?? just tell him to shut the **** up and mind his own buissiness or just tell him to train harder if u come across a guy like that again in a situation like that
