i need some help plz

hey everyone,
im 16 years old, and i have been going to the gym for about 7months now. about 3 months after i started going, i started using protien, and that was it. i recently bought a product from muscle tech, called " muscle building stack" it is a " rapid 15 day muscle growth program". it has three bottles of tablets that all do different things. now i started my first dose today, and i had to take 12 tablets at once, and these r not small tablets, they r the biggest i have ever seen, and are very difficult to swallow, they also have a revulting smell and taste that combined with the size, makes it almost imposible to swallow 12 of. and after about 10min, i finaly got them all down, but i still had the smell on my breath and it was making my sick, so i had an apple and went to the gym. while at the gym, i kept feeling like i was going to throw up, but i kept going. when i went home i still felt sick, and it was only about 4.5 hours after i had taken the tablets that i felt normal again. i did notice that i was able to do more reps after taking them, but i need some advice on wether i should try and continue with them, im not sure if i can take 20 tablets per day for 2 weeks while i am going to school.
and also are there any other products that you can recomend

and also, i have about 17.7% body fat atm, what is a good % for a 16 year old, that is about 170cm tall and weights 65kg?

Pills & potions aint gonna do it mate. Take a wander around the site & see how other people are training & more importantly how they are EATING! The most important thing you need concern with at the moment is finding out what is the right food to eat & how much of it to eat.

Idealy you should be looking to get your bodyfat down, a clean diet with the right amount of calories & a couple of cardio sessions seperate to your weight training days would gradually sort that out.

I can't remember exactly who said it but in a thread awhile ago someone said(maybe altered beast??) that 'the best stack out there is training, diet & dedication!', & think that sums it up, there is no magic supplement.

thx heaps guys for your help
and i know u have already helped me out heaps, but i know that my diet is very very important, but as i am 16 and still going to school, it is hard to get 6 well prepared meals everyday, do u have any sujestions on how to overcome this?
my timetable on a school day for when i could eat is;
7am-when i wakeup
11am- recess
1:20pm- lunch
4pm- when i get home
untill 10pm- when i go to bed

and with the body fat, do u have a recomended % to get to? i know that it is hard to give a % but just a estimate.

ok....maybe something like this:
7am- oats, eggs, yoghurt, fruit etc

11am- brown/wholeweat/grannery bread sandwiches with deli meats(sliced chicken/turkey & loads of cheese!)-no butter

1:20pm- maybe same with some fruit & a protein shake

4pm- chicken/steak with brown rice(if you can persuade mam to cook it for ya! lol)

untill 10pm- tuna, cheese(make sure its real cheese btw no processed shite), popcorn makes a good snack & i find it good to settle the stomach.

thats a rough guide, for exact amounts your gonna need to work out much protein & carbs you need to take in a day. see layne nortons sticky in the nutrition section to find out about that. its on contest prep but the macro nutrient breakdown info is what you need.

im sorry, but 17.7% bf is not good for that age and height... u can improve though, but very much of those 65kg consists of pure fat, and thats not good...

i agree with bbdude, your first aim should be to eat right and get your bodyfat down and forget the muscletch sups they are crap

wow, i didnt realise that mine bf was so bad lol, and yeah im not going to waste time and money on muscle sups any more. but what % should i aim for?
