I have a lot of questions about creatine which after some research i still cannot figure out so hopefully someone knows and can help me. Right now i am using cell tech and i like it, it seems like it has helped.
My question however is if there is a difference between celltech and regular creatine taken with extra sugar? If so what? and also are there different types of creatine and if so what and what are the advantages. Thank yo so much for the help |
