Alright, so I've had this weird chest pain the last 2 or three weeks, off and on. it's located in the upper and outer left pec, near my armpit kind of.

It's starting to bother me and worry me, so I went to get it checked out. they took my blood pressure, heart rate, and ekg? where the little dial draws your heart rate. Everything came back fine.

the only supplements i have ever taken are as follows:
Betagen
Whey/Casein Protein (don't even count really)
Multivitamin and Glucosamine

I don't think any of these could affect my heart right?

Plus these pains occurred after i cycled off my creatine (betagen), which was on april 1st.

So then i turned to caffeine.... I stopped taking the ABB ripped force about a month ago because i just got sick of it. I stopped all those energy drinks like rockstar about 10 days ago. I drink a coffee and a diet pepsi daily, and that's like negligable caffeine intake compared to before. is it possible that their effects are still lingering? sounds dumb, but i just can't come up with it. how long does it take for caffeine and thos energy drinks to flush out.

Now, i walk upstairs to the fifth floor, and i feel a little outta breath. same thing happens again when i go to the basement. yet, my wind is fine to get me through a workout.

So....what the hell is this chest pain? could it simply be a torn outer pec that gives me pain but is strong enough that i've been lifting on it and it's okay. when i do lift on it, the pain is somewhat there, but it's not sharp enough to mess my workout up. and i dont feel like i'm pulling it any worse so i've been lifting on it.

ah, so confused. looking for some answers and peace of mind.

ive had those b4, & still do...doctors have all said it's some sort of musculoskeletal pains...nothing to worry bout bro...if your chest pain is due to musculoskeletal problems, which is muscle strain, theres most likely an area you can locate that is causing most of the pain. anti-inflammatory drugs, like ibuprofen, evey 4 hours...it aint your heart bro so do worry.

is it a sharp pain when you breath in? feels like its in between your rib bones kinda? thats what happens to me every now & then but it goes away after a few minutes, scared the shit out of me the first time it happened but i don't think its anything to worry about now.

lol. yeah, golfing wouldn't of been my first guess. sorry to hear that you too have injuries, but i'm comforted in the fact it's just a strain of some kind, not a heart problem.

if creatine had anything to do with, a lot more people would be feeling the same thing. and i've cycled off creatine for a month now, and thats when i got the pains. so i dont think so.
