from the pics.. it looks like its Dexters show... much improved legs and conditionin is on as allways... Melvin is looking tighter than at the ironman could get top 3..

I think CC looks a lot better than Dexter. Yes he may be more conditioned, but CC has better flow imo. Dexter's abs are too funky, and his waist gets wider at the bottom, which I don't like.
