I decided today was the day to step up to 120 lb dbs..(actually my workout partner made me do it)..1st we warmed up 1 set 40 lb dbs 1 x 12,then 80 lbs 1 x 12 ...

then 120 lb dbs 1 x 6..tok me 3 tries to get those suckers up in the air (my bud got them up 1st shot) then we did 120 dbs 3 x 8

for a total of 30 reps....yes,this was flat bench....then we did 3 x 8 100 lb dbs incline...

when we can do 120 lb dbs incline will tackle the 130 lb dbs....
