k, i just look it up. Excess or shortage of water is not the reason why he get bloated, it inbalance in carbs

you do understand that is what creatine does dont you?
It causes your muscles to draw in more water and retain it making them look fuller...hence the bloating.
Nobody here was talking about Carbs or Sodium so how can you asume that is whats causing it?
