These pictures are NOT of me.

I found this from the website digg.com (right now it has a little over 2k diggs). Anyway most of the guys @ digg will think this is much more of an accomplishment than our demographic. With that said it is nice to have someone who took monthly pics to reference.

Im sorry, but for 4 years of training that is very little progress if his goals are bodybuilding orientated (ie: get big).

If his goals are to look like a mens fitness model then hes definatly done well and achieved his goal.

i can't get over the first 3-5 months...the changes there are really amazing. He's added some size in the latter pics too, which look pretty good. It'd be nice to have a weight along with the pics...
