hey,im 15 years old and i know that you will probably think i am a stupid kid that is wasting his time at the gym. but i am serious about it, i am not trying to become the next jay cutler, i am just trying to get defined muscles, not drasticaly huge muscles. i have been going to the gym for about 6 months now, and i havent noticed a very visable difference. i was wondering if anyone had some sugestions on how many days a week i should go and if they had any exersices that they could share with me. i would really like to improve my arms because i have decent legs and a fairly big chest. i am curently 66 kgs and have about 18% body fat which i am working on getting down to about 13%. i take protien when i get home from the gym to increase growth, but i still havent noticed a difference in my arms.
any sugestions would be greatly apreciated
thx in adavnce

Welcome to the dungeon. If you want to cut check out Layne's Pre-Contest Article at the top of the nutrition section. I recommend working out 3 days/wk.

Pull-ups and dips along with variations of bicep curls.

The reason you are not seeing a difference is because of your diet.

Have a good day!

Stick to a basic routine. Work out 2 to 3 days a week. You don't need to be doing every exercise under the sun to progress. Focus on the big compound exercises, squat, bench press, pull ups.
Post up your routine so peolple can see if they can help you with it.

deadlifts.... no deadlifts.. u wanna kno why they call em deadlifts its coz they make ya paranoid, they make ya fear that shit when its sitting on the ground and waiting for u to grab it.
thiers a voice in ya head which says "hahaha im just simple old iron, the same kind you use for everything else but you will never beat me. i will put u back on the food chaim where u belong u piss poor excuses for a bb'er"
u cant control it... those deadlifts. they will make u dead. the epidomy of fear is a deadlift no matter what weight is on the bar even if your just lifting the bar itself with no weight. you know you can lift this weight, but in your mind, you know you cant defeat the deadlift.
for centuries and decades past this is the one single exersize which has been the foundation of many weight lifters nightmares. its crippled more men than cancer, and its destroyed more lives than all the wars of mens history.
you see there are some things in life which just has to be done, and the deadlift is one of them- thats what makes it such an effective vindicator because if you want the biggest back, you gotta do them. the deadlift knows this. it knows its potential and it knows how to get at you - the lower back - the most vulnerable spot in all of the body for lifting a weight. if you defy it even for a second or even show the slightest hint of resistance, he WILL make a mess of you and your precious spine.
you cant control the deadlift..it controls you.........

force feeding has become like a friggin art form for me...i'm looking forward to dieting now. the consistency of calorie intake i need to stay in really good anabolic/ growing state is annoying.
