maybe not a good idea..relieving soreness? try
ice..or heat..after heavy back/legs..I go to a Korean Sauna and sit in the ice water pool..sounds horrible but it works wonders..of course I alternate between the ice cold pool and realy hot pool or steamroom or sauna....
