Can someone link me or even just write up a good overrall stretching routine. I want to incorporate stretching into my wokrouts, but I want to stretch at night to help separate my muscles and relieve soreness.

at night?..hmmm maybe not a good idea..relieving soreness? try ice..or heat..after heavy back/legs..I go to a Korean Sauna and sit in the ice water pool..sounds horrible but it works wonders..of course I alternate between the ice cold pool and realy hot pool or steamroom or sauna....

Dont really need a "routine" imo, just stretch all ur muscles one of a time. I find its very benefical to prefent injury and increase flexibilty.

stretching helps with recovery, increases blood flow. the better your recovery= less time you will be sore.

striations are what your muscles look like without the skin. youll get striations from having a low bodyfat% not stretching. so more muscle mass and less body fat= striations. there are therys that extreme stretching can induse fascia splitting and muscle growth.
