There are 5 grams of BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) in each scoop of 100% Optimum whey. I usually take 2 scoops around 10 oclock at night with some oatmeal, but do you think I need more BCAA's? Like in the morning, or some extra at night?

Nope...If you're eating carbs man there is no need for that. You'd be better off with EFA's, if anything. You also don't need to eat that oatmeal at night. You stop doing that and you'll tighten up a little too!

also, if you do cardio, especially in the morning, then you could benefit from bcaa's by taking them before you do the cardio. On an empty stomach of course.

Pre, during, and post workout are the ideal times for BCAA supplementation.

def. pre during and post. in the am before cardio. bcaas are very anti-catabolic, so any time around training to fend off catabolism.
