need a bit of help on this one. im an experienced bb, but cant seem to stop getting painful pumps in the lower back, ive only recently started to get them(2months). ive tried alot of pain relief pills, i wear support belts, lumbar supports, i eat right...& i still get this tight uncomfortable feeling like theres a muscle knot there. tried massage n pressure pointing it, but it still doesn't go. the only time it does if i dont train it for 1-2weeks, i only train it once a week atm n i dont wanna stop training it completly.
any suggestions of why this is??? dont really want to go doctors for it, all the're gonna say is stop training
