I really need help on this, and it seems like no one knows, or is willing to help me. I have at least three posts going about Nitrix and I am begging someone to just stop and help me.

The whey protein I use is 100% optimum whey, and it contains arginine. I am starting cellmass and nitrix, and I'm worried that the arginine in the whey and in the nitrix is overdoing it. please help.

L-Arginine Alpha Keto-Glutarate (AAKG): 3000mg PER SERVING. I would take 3 servings a day, thats 9000mg arginine plus 550 mg of arginine per whey scoop ( I average three a day). plus my multivitamin has a little as well.

is this too much arginine....i'm 180lbs, 19 years old

bro your fine. The arginine in nitrix is time released. Meaning you get fed small amounts through out the day. And optimum whey doesn't contain much arginine. I was on Nitrix, no-explode, and optimum whey and had no problems. Your good to go partner!

Thanks I greatly appreciate it. I made three threads bc i was determined to get this answered by morning bc I wanted to start my cycle today without any worries. I apologize for the multiple threads.

BTW pwrofone, did u use cellmass while on nitrix? should i avoid caffeine while on nitrix? And lastly, do you think this schedule for taking Nitrix will work....

will go to sleep the night before at 12:30-1:00.
Wake at 6:00 and take 1 serving whey protein, Nitrix.
Back to sleep, wake 9:30. Eat my breakfast (2 bars)
11:20 Nitrix
12:00 Lunch (turkey sandwich, apple)
1:30 Pre lift, whey serving
4:15 Post lift MRP, Flax oil, and Cell Mass
6:45 Nitrix
7:30 Dinner
10:00 apple/whey serving
Cellmass at bed as directed

Yes I did use cellmass. Caffeine is fine while on it, only if your using No-explode I would avoid excess caffeine. The one thing I noticed is this, don't break your sleep cylce for a supplement. I usually go to bed around the same time you do, and when I was on nitrix, I would wake up around 8:30 and I would take my first serving. At 9 or 9:30 I would eat breakfast ( which by the way you need to really eat a whole food one!!) Eggs and oatmeal are def a must. I would take my next serving of nitrx at my post workout (around 1p.m) Besides that, the supplement timing is fine. I would subsitute the apple (in your last meal) for a slow digesting carb source (oatmeal, wheat bread, ect...) Lastly, lots of water is a must. You will see the max benefits of nitrix around 4 weeks and up, thats when I did. Good luck bro.

Awesome, thanks. I'm definately going to switch up the apple for some oatmeal. That's a great idea. Last one, and I'll leave you alone Cellmass is suppose to be taking on an empty stomach following your workout, yet I have a postworkout shake MRP with some pretzels/rice/or oatmeal for extra carbs. How did you manage to get your postworkout shake in and cellmass? I need to get the shake in ASAP after my workout because my muscles need it, but at the same time I need an empty stomach on cellmass. Don't they contradict one another?

Thanks again. BTW, i'm from jersey too. I'm up at Rutgers.

A fellow jersyian. Nice to meet you bro. Anyway, the myth about that hour time gap after a workout is pretty bogus. For me, I would bring my cellmass to the gym with me. The second I was done my workout I would suck it down. Then I would drive home and shower. ( say its about 20-25 minutes later now). Then I would prep my PWO shake with protein and carbs. This way, the cellmess, which is CEE, has had time to absorb and I can drink the rest of what I need. And the truth is, those carbs will help fill up the muscle with creatine, because "simple" carbs will spike your insulin. So anything like fruit juice or gatorade after a workout would be a great choice for carbs. Ciao!

So I'll take my cellmass, walk home from the gym, wait about 20-30 minutes, slug my PWOshake and eat 2 cups rice. Sound aobut right? or should i use pretzels instead of white rice?.....I wanted to use oatmeal but I heard it was not good for post wo carbs.

Na, white rice is a pretty good choice. The main key in PWO is to replenish your glycogen and proteins for recovery and growth. And after your shake, say an hour after, definitley tank a big bodybuilder friendly meal. Thats where you grow.
