The first video is F'd up, that guy has issues and should seek the advice of a professional.
Bbdude yeah that guy is crazy strong. Not only his upper body but his core as well. Nice find!
Check out this video of one arm pull ups. Notice how he is not swinging or using momentum at all. Amazing.
