Hey guys i have a serious problem. i am 6'1" but i have the wingspan of someone who is 6'4 1/2". this helped me quite a bit when i played high school and some college basketball, but is a pain in the ass when it comes to weight lifting. any tips on how to deal with getting tired arms and wrists before working the intended muscle. any way to use it to my advantage? anything you might have would help. |
