Since the arm topic came up I was just wondering the quad sizes at the largest of everyone here, their weight and height.

I'm 190, 5'10, 26 and a half inch at the largest.

Not sure what they measure. But this is the thing, my legs just recently started to get bigger, I hardly worked on my legs before because they were always pretty solid and big. The I figured that it was stupid not to.

ohh one more thing.. i dont train my calves often either.. but when i do i ABSOLUTLY OBLITERATE them
8 sets of standing calf raises (really heavy, going down to 8 or so reps as im usualy a high rep trainee) then 4 sets of doneky raises (with no weight, 20 reps per set)

those who work thier calves really damn hard like i do know that even up to almost a week after training them, they still burn like the fires of hell to walk on like on the first day.

I'm 6'3" tall, about 85-90 kgs, my quads are my best feature they are about 25 inches. I havent trained them for a while due to a back injury which slowed me down big time but they respond to training very well, they become even bigger when i'm training heavy
.
I have small calves 15 inches, they just dont respond to my training. i can hardly walk after doing them but they just dont grow maybe i need to change what i'm doing to them again.
