well ive jus finished using a plan wat a mate of mine gave me, it was (dno the proper names lol)
-strict slow dips
- V grip pushdowns
-close grip press using a barbell
-barbell curls
-preacher curls
-concentration curls
but now ive started training wiv this guy, hes 38, ex-competetor an e as gt me doin 40 mins, different each time, e.g we mite do dips and preacher curls one week, but nxt week we mite do pushdowns an concentration curls, heavy an hard!!
