Heaviest I'veever curled was when I weighed 240lbs.I could preacher curl the 80's for reps.Now I tend to only go heavy on seated hammer curls.I can go up to 85lbs.
For sets of standing alternate curls I usually won't go over 55lbs.At 240 I was doing the 70's standing,but I'm down on weight and the motion feels strange.On the big bar the most I've ever done was probably 185lbs.I'll admit I probably could have only done 155 or so normally but I was on Halotest and that stuff makes me freak out.Lasttime I took that stuff all I remember is trying to lift some kids car at a stop light on Rt-9S after he cut me off.Bad stuff!
Now that I'm trying to train for a show I've been training more core excersizesand noticing that my arms are growing more rapidly with less arm training and more power movements.I'll post a pic when I get home tonight.

dumbell curl 20kgs on a gud day

am not 2 happy wiv my arms atm even no im makin gud gains, im on average putting 1/2 inch on every 2 months

Thats acutally not too bad, Arnold said to expect 1/2" growth every 3 months so I would say you're doing pretty good. What is your current arm routine?

well ive jus finished using a plan wat a mate of mine gave me, it was (dno the proper names lol)
-strict slow dips
- V grip pushdowns
-close grip press using a barbell
-barbell curls
-preacher curls
-concentration curls

but now ive started training wiv this guy, hes 38, ex-competetor an e as gt me doin 40 mins, different each time, e.g we mite do dips and preacher curls one week, but nxt week we mite do pushdowns an concentration curls, heavy an hard!!

how often do ya train those bad boys? i train once a week for about an hour, but im not getting gains anywhere near that!!

thnx, well i train monday - chest,tues-back,weds-shoulders,thurs-arms,fri-legs,

does anyone use CNP dorian yates pro-mass??? any comments bout it??
this is the supplement i use.
