just pick 2 other form of curls when it comes to biceps. personally i like seated curls when i lift both arms at a time with dumbbells, and hammer curls

for the biceps i do triple therapy. alternating standing curls, hammer curls and seated concentration curls

measured them again today and they were 4millimeters to 16" pumped! believe me or not but it is a fact!
