You have got a point there, and since he is done with bodybuilding (or will be after he places out of the top 3 at the next O) he should pursue strongman competitions, he'd probably make a decent living at that and may even keep some of his sponsors.

He's strong, i'll give him that, but he's not on par with the top strongmen. And you can't base the amount of fat on a person for their strength.

You're absoloutly right, he wouldn't be the strongest but he definatly wouldn't finish last either.

He'd make wayy less money as a strongman, and I would imagine that at his age he'd be a little more susceptible to injuries from some of the more akward lifts.

there is no way he would do that. At his age it would be a huge mistake plus he is set after being mr o for 8 years srtaight and the BSN contract. He can live comfortably for the rest of his life.

If he switched his training to strongman training, he might be able to get up there. But look at Phil Pfister and Mariusz Pudzianowski, the two top men, he can't get into the top two against those guys.

Being able to deadlift 800lbs is different from lifting a 400lbs round ball. The training is completely different and the lifts are abnormal kind of lifts. Ronnie should just stay with BB. I''m sure as hell not saying he wouldn't be able to lift those weights. Make no mistake he is a strong man. A VERY STRONG MAN!

I can see him now doing the farmers walk screaming, "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY WOOOOOOO!"

He sure would be an interesting addition to the competitions, but it would never happen.

I think the question is.....why doesnt pudzian cross over into bodybuilding....all things considered, i think that would be a more realistic transition,

That is a very great point, I've wondered myself actually. He already looks like one with having such little body fat for being a powerlifter.
