
I have heard that there is a natural body building limit as far as a physical feature limit. But once you reach your physical feature limit, could you work on strength gains and hit a strength gain limit?
Basically my question is, is there a strength gain limit? After you have reached your natural physical feature limit?? (physical feature = muscular develpments/features on ones body)
I have not reaserched this question. I am just curious and am looking for an answer. I have not reached my physical feature limit and am glad because I love bodybuilding and everything that goes with it, and I love seeing new muscular develpment on my body and I will one day reach this limit. I just want to belive that there will always be something I can work on!!!
