I have heard that there is a natural body building limit as far as a physical feature limit. But once you reach your physical feature limit, could you work on strength gains and hit a strength gain limit?
Basically my question is, is there a strength gain limit? After you have reached your natural physical feature limit?? (physical feature = muscular develpments/features on ones body)

I have not reaserched this question. I am just curious and am looking for an answer. I have not reached my physical feature limit and am glad because I love bodybuilding and everything that goes with it, and I love seeing new muscular develpment on my body and I will one day reach this limit. I just want to belive that there will always be something I can work on!!!

Even with a perfect diet you will reach some limit, be it in size gains or in strength gains. Your potential is determined largely by genetics, some people can't pack on and hold onto size like others can.

yeah. there will be a point that you cannot get any bigger without juice.

but you gotta work hard years for that point. you cannot go there easily.
