then you gotta drop your water level....cut back on carbs,NO SALT! and drink caffinated coffee or tea..cranberry juice is good but you gotta get the SUGAR FREE or else you'll pee a lot and gain bf...

SO cut the bf and drop ur water level and you'll get nice and hard
