Fellas, starting my 2nd cycle and I need a change up in my music to get things hyped for the gym. I'm ready to go in overdrive, I need some straight up heavy metal, rock n' roll type ****. Not neccessarliy all that yelling but something that will take me there. Any suggestion? (name of song and band)

Avenged Sevenfold - Trashed and Scattered

Check it out on youtube or itunes, it has a lot of elements of Metallica, Guns and Roses. pretty cool.

Heavy metal, thrash, anything with screaming, yelling, growling, groaning, roaring, anything gutteral. Metallica definately, Megadeth, trivium, scars of life, anything hard.

Yeah, Iced Earth are great; I prefer their first 3 albums, but Horror Show is cool too; I think "Dracula" is one of the best songs they ever wrote...it gets me so pumped up.

If the Rocky 4 soundtrack gets you pumped to work out, then the soundtrack to "the Transformers Movie" is perfect because it's also done by Vince Dicola.
