Hi guys, i was just intrested to know what you all thought was the best bodybuilding magazine (or whether you don't rate any)? I live in the U.K. and previously used to buy flex, until i realised that the stuff printed is a pile of contradicting crap, e.g. january issue would have a 6 month 5-8 rep workout for mass gain(which is best), then the feb issue would show a 4 month 15-20 rep workout for mass gain (which is best). It's a shame, because i like reading about the sport and keeping up to date with it, but i don't want to waste my money. So, anyone have any suggestions on which bodybuilding magazine is best?
