I wouldn't buy it, like the man says "you can get better products for less". Unless you buy it from a store you always run the risk of being taken for a sucker and dropping your hard earned cash on a placebo.

Normal retail price is 59 pounds = about $120-130 marked down to 30 bucks should be the first clue that its not good.

I wouldn't buy it for the simple fact that you found it on Ebay, who knows what it could actually be. I wouldn't risk my health or waste my money. Just remember if it's too good to be true, then it probably is.
