Hey, I have been looking at a new bench to buy and have narrowed it down to two:

http://www.simplyfitnessequipment.co...h-And-Curl-Bar

http://www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk/...nd%5FArm%5FPad

Which one do you think I should get, or are they so similar it's doesnt really matter.
And if you have or know a bench which you think is better than these two, then whats it called?
thanks

My humble suggestion os for you to keep looking; I'm aware that money may be an issue on most of us, but try to find a bench and a rack separately; otherwise while progressing and/or while trying different exercises (Rotation) you'll realize you can't do them with a bench attached to the rack.
My two cents.

Depends on how much room you have and the other equipment you have. I would go with a separate bench and rack like Fbarraza said. It will just allow you to have more available exercises and the rack won't get in the way.

This guy makes a good point ,however the one for 79 pounds is slightly better in the way the back of the bench goes up and down.
