How many of you feel usually the pump (in your muscles, only :P) while training???
And... in which bodypart?

In my case I only feel it with HEAVY weight (almost @ my max) and in my arms and calves...

As Arnold said, BB is art, like sculpting. Humans have been bodybuilding for thousands of years. The Romans, the Greek (especially the Spartans) and so on.
As it has already been said: BB is a way of life!

its not only i want to get big , everybody can get big, but not everybody can have symmetry and definition. I think most of us who start bb , do it for chicks, correct me if im wrong.

i started lifting because i was getting picked on in high school

i started bodybuilding seriously because i just love the idea of sculpting your body the way you want.
it's awesome.
