Have you ever got to the point where you just couldnt afford enough food to last you a couple of days? I dont know how some people can spend $500-600 a week on just food + supplements.

So, for conversation sake,Lets create our own "poor mans bbing shopping list."

- Semi skimmed milk
- brow rice
- WHOLE eggs
- tuna or other cheap fishes

I dunno man, I think you're worst enemy would be boredom.

Last weekend I was at my parents house again, and my mom made me some soup and I put my whole plate of rice in it (dry rice tastes like hell) and damn it was the best ever. It was really easy to make and cheap as well, she would give me the recipe sometime soon.

Eggs
Tilapia
Green Beans
Oats
Brown Rice
Almonds
Broccoli

I'm sure I am leaving 1-2 things out but I lived on this for nearly 16 weeks and loved every minute of it ...

Pain your in the UK right? Rice is pretty cheap, like 87p for 1kg at tesco and then protein wise tuna seems pretty cheap aswell. I usually buy packs of 16 cans of tuna. Hit pizza hut's buffet, all you can eat for 4.99 or something of the sort.

LOL, you're really on a budget? You might want to reconsider not buying every console and game out there.

As long as you ain't gonna spend that extra time on changing my sign avi etc again
