extra lean ground beef, bought 10 lbs at a time. About $20 CAD here. Great for bulking.

You don't want to be doing that in the UK if you intend to eat them, the water might be a bit dirty etc. also, I was under the impression that a lot of the fishing areas in the UK don't like you taking the fish away to eat.

I think that 450$ go to supplement buying and the other 50$ in food. I choose no-suplements. :p

Eating soy has nothing to do with making estrogen in the system. It is a myth, however, every soy protein I have had sucked. I stick with whey and then a mix of all 4 together to get a lasting affect before I goto sleep.

Also JornT, you said that NO is dangerous for the brain? Care to explain or through me a link? I never heard of that but if thats the case it can hell its not worth it that much. Thanks Man.

i spend alot on food and suplements....chicken, tuna, steak, fish,eggs, whey protein, glutamin, brown rice, oatmeal, crystal light, and moree.........
