reasons why ronnie is the king

1. trains heavy,basic exercises,high reps (not saying it´s the best)
2. he is mr. consistence
3. he eats clean year round
4. he loves working out and has done it for the past 27 yrs
5. he is not afraid of injury´s
6. he gets better with age
7. he tell himself that his body is never big enough or perfect
8. he is hardcore and popular
9. he has frases like "light weight and aint nuttin but a peanut"

thats my reasons why he is the king

i dont think he does high reps...he sometimes do 15-12, 8-12, 10-12, and even low reps like 2 reps per set on heavy movments such as deadlifs and squats...plus i think that 8-12 reps is best for hypertrophy and he trains around this rep range for the most part......

He mentioned in either "The Unbelieveable" or "Cost of Redemption" that the only exercise he goes low reps with is deadlifts. Ofcourse he goes low for squats when they are filming though.
