I obviously have to go with Lee priest, you cant really argue with that. next in line imma have to say flex wheeler had soem sick arms in his later years they really got huge. Kevin levrone is right their on the exact same level with flex. levone had some of the best triceps in the game. As far as freaky bis to Ronnie has the freakiest bis hands down. the peak on ronnies bicep has its own peak nuff said.

Arnold his biceps were longer and fuller then anyones. In a straight arm pose he shows as much muscle in his arms as I have in my whole body.

you just cant go past Lee on this one, but with that fact aside.
Levrone had one of the best overall arm packages in the game, i hope im not shooting myself in the foot (like if someone were to post a pic) but i think his forearms could have been a tad bit larger.

I think its the forearms that make the overall package complete, there are some amazing bi and tri combos out there, but get the forearms into the mix and ur the king!
