I know what simmetry means, is what Ronnie's lower part of traps doesn't have. I know he had an injury but... is 100 times more noticeable than Jay's bis or quads (here I don´t see bad simmetry at all). Oh, I forgot, please check also Ron's pecs "line"... is that what u call simmetry??? A line should be straight |
Well, I don't recall ever saying in my post that Ronnie has perfect
symmetry but I was just pointing out that Jay isn't Mr. Symmetry or even close for that matter. I wouldn't be too quick to point out anything involving Ronnie's chest as a weak-point either because it destroys Cutlers and everyone else's in bodybuilding for that matter. Ironically, chest isn't nearly as showy or covetted of a muscle group in as it used to be (on a professional level at least) so Ronnie doesn't really get the credit he deserves for it.
If neither of them are symmetry guys what does that leave us: mass monsters and freaks, lets face it. Being freaks though, they both have incredible shape but since they're playing the same type of strategy Ronnie has a huge advantage because of he obviously wins the mass category and continuously has out-conditioned Jay (with the exception of 2001 where condition was pretty much even, Ronnie had noticable distention problems). I won't go into the shape of each individual muscle group again because I've done it before but judges, especially at the O, look for conditioning and mass before shape and symmetry anyways so I don't really see how the original statement of "check that symmetry, Ron" is even relevant.
