ok seriously, since you really only competed in the olympia after 91(I believe), how did it feel after the 1st couple of years doing the O, knowing that the champ was going to win regardless, did you just block that out and traing balls to the walls hoping you could dethrone him? Or did you just want to show up at your best for yourself and the fans?

First off welcome Mr.Ray. It's great to have you on board. I read in the post-olympia MD in Flex Wheeler's article that you would have chosen Dexter Jackson as the new Mr.O over Ron Coleman. Could you elaborate as to why you felt Dexter's physique was superior to Coleman's?

Great questions!
First, I like Dorian the person, never cared for Dorian the BBer. I didn't lik ethe shape, condition and the Reign. His best was 93 after that I personally believe his Olympia wins were questionable.
Second, I train Chest like I did my Leg, Back, Arms and everythin else...Hard!
Third, Dexter just simply has a better look, I prefer his overall conditioning and he hits the madatory poses better, not to mention his Abs!
Fourth, I have never worn a Fanny Pack and could careless about those who do.
Fifth, things with VYO Tech are awesome, they support my ideas and respect my opinions, which is all an employee ccould hope for.
Sixth, no. Lou did not charge me but he charged everybody else!
Last, I never competed thinking I didn't have a "Chance" to win. I always only wanted to compete in the Mr. O even as a Teenager, the other shows were something at the time I had to do more that what I wanted to do. Nonetheless, if you compete without believing you can win, you never come close to peaking as I did for 12 of my 13 Olympia Appearances!

Mr.Ray i have watched 2 of your video, The Final Countdown and To The Extrem. For the back you seems so not did deadlift, but your lower back is still great. How do you train them.
