Well I'm wondering when I should start cutting. Football season for me starts in 6 months and I currently stand at 227 pounds. I was wondering if I should continue bulking and getting stronger for the up coming season. Then I would plan to start cutting near the end of football season but for how long?
After this season I play highschool and I wanna be strong and try to be the defensive end.
