If your taking sust your gonna gain water but you can get some adex to help w/ water retention. A lot of the guys on here arent too fond of winstrol on here, but your dose is good. You are only 172 lbs @ 5'10 then you have plenty of natural growing to do before you use AAS. How old are you? If your gonna run the cycle anyway then make sure to pin the sus 3X's a week b/c it has short esters in it. If you only pin 2X's a week you will not get full results. Oh and I would extend your cycle for 2 more weeks to make it 12 weeks.
