And Picabloo by switching the way you hold a bar or how close or far apart you hold it or even how high you raise or lower it all controlls different muscles. Next time you so straight bar curls use a pre loaded bar hold it shoulder width, stand straight up and bend forward a few inches. Don't rock back or forward but see hoe much harder it is to do it that way compared to standing straight up or rocking backwards.
