How do I start this.. oh yeah..Keep the preachers in there

Add:

1.) Standing Barbell curls ( for overall mass)

2.)Preacher curls.

3.) Incline dbell curls.

Now there are tons and I mean tons of different curling excersizes..

Supersets, Drop sets.. Hammer curls. Standing alternating curls.. just to name a few..

They are hit the bicep in different areas.. Oh---I didn't even mention Machine curls..oh my god.. Dont get me started.. umm cable machines to..

Moral of the story,,mix & match.. find out what fatigues them the most. Remember your tearing down or breaking the muscle when you workout.. Your rebuilding/repairing when your at rest.
