I have started doing lots of preacher movements lately and i really like them, but im paranoid these will build up my lower bi's more then my whole bicep because of the angle your arm is at sticking out so far. will i still work the entire bicep muscle and get a full contraction doing a preacher the same as i would anything else like a standing bb curl? call me paranoid but i would like to settle this once and for all because a dumbass at my school says they suck because they only build up the lower bicep and give you weird looking bi's
