i'm down to about 2 full scoops of my ON
casein. I'm looking into getting some more. say i want to try a different brand than ON [the chocolate and vanilla flavors taste bad, imho], what should i look for in the ingredients or nutritional label for a quality casein powder?
i'm not interested in going with cottage cheese.
