Absolutely! If size and strength is your goal, eat every 2 hours (if you can't eat, down a shake), personally I am a hardgainer, and when I started eating every 2 hours and eating/dieting right I was able to add some good mass and strength, it takes time at first to get used to the extra food/calories, but you will adapt and should be on your merry way to weight gain!!!
