When I was 130 I had a psychological problem with food, I wanted to get big but I was always too picky and would never it enough. I was not conviced that I could ever gain weight not matter how much I ate. Marko posted some good tips. Plan your diet and training for one month. Plan every meal and stock up on food. Then all of you have to do is do it. Take pics right now and then about every week and track your diet and your lifts so keep yourself accountable. You will begin to learn about your body and can tweak it from there. I am positive that you are not eating enough because I went through the exact same thing. Read the stickies at the top of this forum and keep track of what you eat and post it. First make a diet yourself and then we can help you. You will learn much more by doing it yourself than by having someone just make one and say here you go.
Good luck
